爆破试验台液压伺服增压缸作为试压泵,采用全液压伺服闭环控制。高品质的增压器和控制阀可确保整套设备长时间处于无故障状态下长期工作。防护工装由保护套、调节导杆、固定夹及排气阀等组成。能有效保护软管爆破时对操作人员和设备的伤计算机监控系统由PC 机与控制器上下两级控制系统组成，上位机通过通信协议向下位机发送指令，下位机根据接受到指令启动设备，使整套设备处于完全脱离于上位机控制的状态下独立运行，同时不断将获取的试验数据上传给上位机。这样整套设备可以处于长时间稳定状态下运行。本机具有超载保护功能，设备压力标定功能。
