气体增压泵常见故障分析及处理办法

气体增压泵如果不能正常工作,有如下几种可能:

驱动活塞密封伯磨损,导致活塞上侧和下侧串气;

在工作中有进会出现这种情况:需增压气体被断开,却开着增压泵,增压泵噪声也很大。此进气体增压泵工作频率很高,压力却无法加上去,增压泵噪声也很大。长时间这样工作,很容易损坏泵。同样道理,当增压泵出口压力很低时,增压泵工作频率会很高,增压泵也容易损坏。

在实际工作中级连气体增压泵出现过这种特殊情况:卸压阀V5不断卸压,增压泵1频率很快,增压泵2频率低,仔细检查后发现V5设定值偏小,调高设值后,出现可调压力开关阀V6大量放气。后来确认是增压泵1有问题。原来该增压泵1的控制阀V2上侧与管道2连通,没有断开。因此增压泵1不断增压,不爱V6控制。换句话说,该泵与设计图纸要求型号一样,但是它少装了一个小零件及气路客道堵头,从而导致工作不正常。这个零件应该安装在泵内,因此不易发现。为了使该设备能够正常工作,采取了的方法:将增压泵1进气的截止球阀进气量关小,从而降低了增压泵1的工作频率,使泵组维持正常工作。彻底解决则是装上该堵头。

还有一种特殊情况:增压泵2突然停止工作,总压力也上不去了。在现场检查,发现它的换向阀V3被顶信不能动弹。于是关了增压泵组的压缩空气,卸下V3时,发现V3的阀心被一股气往处弹出。原来导致V3的阀心不能运动是因为该阀右端有压强,没有卸压。之所以没有卸压是因为活塞停在了中间位置,没有碰开控制阀V1。导致活塞停在中间有三个原因:

气体增压泵1出现异常造成增压泵2进气口压国过大;

气体增压泵2有两个增压气缸,工作时是双向压缩,双向行程都需要提供驱动;活塞在静止状态下启动时静摩擦力大。装回换向阀V3,打开压缩空气重新启动,泵组工作正常解决这种故障还有一个办法,就是关掉压缩空气,让高压气体出口压强降到3Mpa左右,再重新启动泵组。
