气液增压泵中单向阀的作用

1.出口单向阀

同样的道理，气液增压泵出口单向阀也不是为了排液。之所以要出口单向阀，是为了实现负压吸液。当液压柱塞上移时，液压腔体容积变大，腔体内形成负压；由于出口单向阀的逆向截止作用，出口之外的液体无法从出口进入腔体；而腔体内的负压，使得进口单向阀的钢珠打开，液体从进口端进入腔体。

从字面上看，气液增压泵进口单向阀是为了进液的。其实不是。如果是为了进液，那不要单向阀进液会更顺畅。之所以要进口单向阀，是为了实现增压。当液压柱塞下移时，液压腔体容积变小，腔体内液体压力上升；由于进口单向阀的逆向截止作用，腔体内的液体无法从进口排出，压力不被释放，而是被存储在出口之外。
