爆破试验台的技术参数及控制功能

爆破试验台是对热塑性管材、复合管材及其他压力容器进行极限爆破压力的破坏性试验，主要是考核其极限压力强度跟破坏形式。并且模拟特定的外部环境，诸如介质加热到一定温度，环境设定到特定温度，或者降温冷却到特定温度。

控制方式和数据记录方式：

手动控制，带记忆指针表、峰值仪表或者二次仪表记录配微型打印机；

单片机或PLC控制，二次仪表记录具有泄漏报警功能，配微型打印机；

计算机控制，可事先设定实验压力、升压、保压、卸压等参数，系统根据指令进行自动调节，控制试验过程，保压过程不消耗能量，不产生噪音。并具有报表，实验曲线等输出功能。
