气体增压系统的防爆输出压力可调的功能
气体增压系统气动增压泵由两部分组成,一部分是大口径的气动活塞,另一部分是小口径的气体柱塞。这两部分通过传动杆相连。柱塞在气动活塞的作用下在高压泵腔内做往复运动。 气动增压泵可以自动控制增压进程。当达到设定压力时,泵停止工作而保持压力不变。此时柱塞处于静止状态,不再消耗能量,无热量产生。当压力平衡打破后,气压泵将自动开始工作直到下个平衡。气体增压系统具有防爆、输出压力可调、体积小、重量轻、作简单、性能可靠、运用范围广等特点。
