气体增压泵故障及其处理方法1泵不工作：

1 pump does not work:

a.检查驱动气源是否开启，驱动压力是否满足要求；

正常空气增压泵的进气压力要求3-8bar,泵长期不工作，应先向驱动气口内喷少量润滑油，最好为硅油，然后驱动气压尽量调高，待泵正常运行几分钟后，再装气压调至所需压力，新泵装配过程中，都会在换向阀内涂一层润滑脂，长期不用时，润滑脂会凝固。

长期使用，尤其无油润滑的情况下，可能会出面撞针前后腔串气，致使撞针密封不好，换向阀工作不正常，泵频率加快。
